Hello to the Members of the Goodnow Flow Association (GFA) and to those who are interested in becoming Members. The Goodnow Flow Association was established over sixty-five years ago for the collective benefit of the owners of lots adjacent to Goodnow Flow. The Association is dedicated to preserving the natural environment and habitat in and around our lake. The lake is the centerpiece of the Association. To ensure a quiet and safe lake life, we have a ten (10) h.p. limit on motorboats.

The owners of lots adjacent to the lake are required to pay annual dues which are currently set at $1,200.00. There is also a one-time initiation fee of $730.00 to acquire voting rights in the Association. The dues cover all operating expenses, including payment on the financing of the 2016 spillway replacement, and the cost to lease approximately 8000 acres of adjacent land for recreation and privacy.

If you are considering buying a property here, make sure you verify that the dues for that lot are current by submitting an inquiry on this website at hello@goodnowflowadk.com. Please use this email to contact us with any questions you have about the GFA and the appropriate officer will respond.

The purpose of this website is to serve as the official voice of the board and officers of the GFA to convey important announcements, contacts, meetings, emergency and other notices, and events.

Goodnow Flow is a very special place in the heart of the Adirondacks. Our members are stewards of this piece of paradise and invite you to join us in its protection now and for those who follow.
