Immediately following the Annual Meeting

at the Newcomb Town Beach

Food/Drinks: Hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, 

condiments, soda, and water will be provided.

We are asking each lot owner to bring a salad or a dessert to share.

Cost: $5.00 per person to cover the cost of the food, 

drinks, utensils, paper products, etc.

Pay at the ticket shed across from the bath houses.

Volunteers Needed:

● Friday 8/29 3-4 pm – Clean tables in picnic pavilion and organize cook shack

● Saturday Morning 9:00 am – Open cook shack and organize food, etc.

● Ticket Booth – Collect $5.00 from each person

● Serving Food

● Selling GFA apparel

● Clean-up – after picnic (around 2?)
