Hello to the Members of the Goodnow Flow Association (GFA) and to those who are interested in becoming Members. The Goodnow Flow Association was established over sixty-five years ago for the collective benefit of the owners of lots adjacent to Goodnow Flow. The Association is dedicated to preserving the natural environment and habitat in and around our lake. The lake is the centerpiece of the Association. To ensure a quiet and safe lake life, we have a ten (10) h.p. limit on motorboats.
The owners of lots adjacent to the lake are required to pay annual dues which are currently set at $1,200.00. There is also a one-time initiation fee of $730.00 to acquire voting rights in the Association. The dues cover all operating expenses, including payment on the financing of the 2016 spillway replacement, and the cost to lease approximately 8000 acres of adjacent land for recreation and privacy.

The purpose of this website is to serve as the official voice of the board and officers of the GFA to convey important announcements, contacts, meetings, emergency and other notices, and events.
